Responsibilities

Configure related equipment
Follow process documentation
Identify, resolve, and advise on operational issues
Work with custom computer applications and software
Document events using software tools
Analyze equipment with the help of diagnostic tools and procedures
Resolve recurrent problems and difficulties
Coordinate equipment replacement
Identify technical issues and resolve the problems via phone, email or any other electronic medium
Understand and agree to abide by the policies and procedures established by Low Cost Interlock
Maintain a professional, positive, and caring atmosphere for clients and associates
Perform additional duties as assigned or directed
Maintain the integrity, security, and confidentiality of pertinent information and records

Required

Proficient in using computer applications such as web browsers, word processing, e-mail, etc
Ability to work efficiently, independently, and respond promptly

Ability to work 8-hour shifts daily
Ability to walk to different parts of the office throughout the day
Ability to walk unassisted up and down stairs multiple times throughout the day
Utilization of a headset and keyboard throughout the day
Ability to sit for extended periods of time
Ability to lift items weighing up to 50 pounds
Ability to work in large groups
Ability to multi-task while handling phone calls with customers
Overtime is required occasionally, and regular interruptions require flexibility and a willingness to modify plans and behavior
