InternFuyao Group is seeking a Logistics Intern to support their Logistics Department in coordinating and optimizing supply chain activities. This internship provides hands-on experience in managing inventory, tracking shipments, and analyzing logistics data to enhance operational efficiency.

Responsibilities
Assist in monitoring and tracking shipments to ensure timely delivery and resolve any transportation issues
Support inventory management by updating records and conducting periodic audits
Collaborate with logistics coordinators and suppliers to facilitate smooth communication and coordination
Analyze logistics data to identify trends and suggest improvements for operational efficiency
Prepare reports and documentation related to logistics activities and performance metrics
Qualification
Required
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Bilingual: English - Chinese - (A plus)
Preferred
Previous internship or coursework related to logistics or supply chain management
Familiarity with logistics software or enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems
Basic understanding of transportation and distribution processes
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate insights
Self-motivated with a proactive approach to learning and problem-solving
