Responsibilities
Lead HEOR and RWE strategy across client programs, including evidence planning, study design, and interpretation of findings to inform value, access, and payer and health system decision-making
Design and oversee evidence generation plans (e.g., RWE studies, retrospective database studies, economic models) aligned to product lifecycle needs and client requirements
Translate complex real-world datasets and outcomes evidence into clear, defensible insights and recommendations for clients (clinical, economic, and utilization outcomes)
Serve as a senior client lead: build trusted relationships, guide strategic direction, and ensure work products meet scientific rigor, timelines, and client expectations
Supervise and mentor multi-disciplinary project teams, ensuring quality control, methodological soundness, and team development
Stay current on evolving evidence standards and trends impacting access decisions, including:
HTA requirements and value frameworks
Payer evidence expectations and comparative effectiveness
RWE guidance and regulatory considerations
Measurement/reporting of quality, performance, and outcomes
Lead scoping and resourcing for engagements: define scope of work, timelines, budgets, and staffing plans; proactively manage risks and changes
Drive business development through opportunity identification, proposal development, and thought leadership grounded in market needs and evidence trends
Partner cross-functionally to connect evidence strategy to broader client objectives and account growth
Qualification
Required
10+ years of relevant experience in HEOR, RWE, epidemiology, outcomes research, market access strategy, or closely related fields (consulting and/or biopharma experience preferred)
Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree strongly preferred (MPH, PhD, PharmD, MD, MS, or equivalent) in health economics, epidemiology, public health, biostatistics, health services research, or related discipline
Demonstrated expertise in HEOR/RWE study design and execution and ability to translate evidence into access-relevant strategy
Strong project/program leadership experience, including managing teams on complex, multi-workstream engagements and ensuring scientific and editorial quality
Excellent writing, editing, and executive communication skills; ability to craft clear narratives from technical analyses
Strong analytical fluency and comfort engaging with complex datasets and statistical outputs (hands-on analytics not required but highly valued)
Client-service orientation, sound judgment, high attention to detail, and ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook)
