Responsibilities
Engage and build relationships with prospective participants through digital outreach (email, social platforms, and direct conversations)
Lead discovery conversations to assess alignment with our leadership and development programs
Support new participants through a thoughtful, high-touch onboarding experience
Maintain accurate CRM records and manage consistent, professional follow-up
Participate in weekly virtual trainings and connect with a global leadership community
Qualification
Required
Experienced professionals with a background in leadership, consulting, business development, or client engagement
7+ years of experience in leadership, consulting, business development, or client-facing roles
Strong communication skills and disciplined follow-through
Comfort working independently in a remote, self-directed environment
A genuine passion for personal growth, leadership, and purpose-driven work
Familiarity with CRM systems, online scheduling tools, and social platforms
