Responsibilities
Process monthly owner requisitions
Process subcontractor requisitions
Ensure subcontractor compliance with contract requirements, including insurance, billing procedures, and documentation
Process project budget updates
Select invoices for inclusion in the weekly disbursement cycle
Monitor and track project cash position
Work closely with Project Managers and Project Executives on all project accounting and administrative matters
Coordinate with the Controller and CFO on:
Client billing schedules
Monthly, quarterly, and year-end closings
General conditions studies
Overall project P&L impact
Qualification
Required
Strong construction accounting experience with a solid understanding of project-based financial management
Outstanding team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Demonstrated leadership qualities and ownership mentality
Preferred
Experience with Sage is a plus
Experience with Textura is a huge plus
