Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end claims lifecycle, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely resolution
Lead and support a high-performing claims team
Oversee reporting, KPIs, and data-driven analysis to improve departmental performance
Ensure compliance with ERISA, Medicare/Medicaid, and CMS regulations
Drive process improvements and assist with automation/efficiency initiatives
Partner with cross-functional teams including Finance, Customer Service, and Compliance
Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience managing claims operations (healthcare/TPA/managed care preferred)
Strong knowledge of ERISA, Medicare, Medicaid, and regulatory requirements
Proven leadership and team-building experience
Ability to analyze data, manage KPIs, and improve workflows
Preferred
Bachelor's degree preferred; additional experience considered in place of a degree
