Responsibilities
Research and compile accurate property and ownership information for telecom and infrastructure lease assets nationwide
Identify and qualify high-quality leads to support the Acquisitions team’s prospecting and outreach efforts
Analyze large datasets to verify accuracy, detect patterns, and improve lead quality
Maintain and update internal databases and CRM systems with current and reliable information
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance data collection, reporting, and lead generation processes
Use Excel and other data tools to organize, clean, and analyze datasets efficiently
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Business, Economics, Real Estate, or a related field
0–2 years of experience in data research, analytics, or a related role (internships welcome)
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with CRM or database systems preferred
Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
Interest in real estate, commercial real estate, or investment firms
