Responsibilities

Perform design support related to roadways, trails, and site layout, including grading, drainage/stormwater, utilities, and erosion control, in accordance with local, state, and federal regulations
Assist with hydrologic and hydraulic analyses
Support the preparation of construction plans using AutoCAD and Civil 3D
Assist with quantity takeoffs and construction cost estimates
Apply AutoCAD and/or GIS skills to produce figures and supporting design documents
Support construction-phase services as needed

Qualification

Required

Current college junior, senior, or graduate-level student
Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
Strong written and verbal communication skills

Preferred

Experience with AutoCAD and/or Civil 3D is a plus
Curiosity, initiative, and involvement beyond academics, including engagement in your local community
