They are offering a college internship program that provides students with valuable work experience and mentorship. In this role, interns will create and analyze Power BI dashboards to support customer insights and market research projects.

Responsibilities
Consult with stakeholders to determine insights and KPIs in order for the Power BI dashboard
Create the Power BI dashboard, using the provided customer satisfaction dataset
Prepare a summary of the dashboard to outline its functionality and structure
Prepare and present dashboard analysis to internal stakeholders
Support other market research projects through survey testing or engaging riders to participate in research
Qualification
Required
Required enrollment status: Full-time (as defined by your academic institution) in a degree program at an accredited college or university
Strong Microsoft Office and computer skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Good analytical and critical thinking skills
Proficient organizational skills with attention to detail
Good project management skills
Data visualization using Microsoft Power BI (or similar software)
Experience working with large datasets
The demands associated with the normal office environment
Must be able to comply with office policy to work on-site twice per week
Light physical activity, including walking outdoors and climbing stairs
Ability to sit and stand for long periods of time
Preferred
Preferred Major(s): Business Analytics, Computer Science, Data Science, Marketing Statistics
Preferred Level of Education: College senior and above
