Prepare loan docs for commercial, CRE, and construction loans

Manage lien perfection, title work, and collateral release

Book closed loans, set up ticklers, and image files

Process UCC/tax lien searches and construction draws

Support maturing loans, renewals, and payoff coordination

Provide excellent internal & external customer service

Assist with exam requests, credit docs, and adverse action

Qualification
