Responsibilities
Oversee operations of multiple program areas within the assigned regional territory
Provides direction and leadership of area CSL Manager. Responsible for training, supervision, scheduling, and performance appraisals of the CSL Manager
Responsible for the creation and implementation of a CSL Manager’s training guide and yearly education
Oversight and adherence of the programs regional budget and financial performance to maximize company’s profits
Collaboration with GT marketing and IT to streamline processes
Plan, implement and oversee program compliance standards and CARF regulations
Create a regional growth strategy to increase numbers of those served
Responsible for establishing and maintaining strong and positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders. This includes, but is not limited to, other staff, Care Program Managers, Guardians, family members, neighbors and community members

Qualification
Required
General Education: Associate degree or higher
3-5 years of experience of supervision and program management
Holds a valid Driver's License and a clear driving record
Available 24/7 to meet the needs of the program
Pass a criminal background check
Must be able to clearly read, write and speak English
Proficient in related computer programs as well as MS Office suite of products (MS Word, MS Excel, etc.)
