Regional VIP Engagement Manager

Responsibilities

Manage and maintain the execution of day-to-day activities and logistics of Demo Spaces within assigned region; ensure a standard of excellence in all on-site execution duties of program
Lead and facilitate training sessions and events for demonstrations of XR/AI technologies, in addition to overseeing an internal training program focusing on public policy across the region
Conduct training sessions for local Meta employees and agency staff to proficiently deliver product demonstrations
Manage device deployment and scale demo spaces across key regional offices, ensuring efficient management and deployment of technology
Act as a strategic liaison between management and employees, wielding decision-making authority to drive business and operational outcomes
Complete all required reporting and analysis by required deadlines
Partner closely with the Account Team and client to meet and exceed goals, while improving the brand experience for VIP guests
Other duties as assigned by management

Required

High school diploma or equivalent required
3+ years of retail management experience required
3+ years of customer-facing experience in retail required
Experience conducting production demonstrations required
Experience in client management and working effectively with key stakeholders required
Strong interpersonal communication, soft skills, written, verbal, and on-camera required
Proficient in delivering product demonstrations to audiences of varying sizes, both small and large required
Ability to foster business relationships and collaborate at multiple levels (internal & client facing) required
Ability to show patience and tact and remain calm under pressure during change required
Strong time management and organizational skills required
Proficient in utilizing G Suite, MS Office, Keynote, and other word processing and presentation software required
Ability to practice good judgment in analyzing information, strategic/critical thinking, and decision-making, with minimal direction required
Ability to adhere to processes, procedures, and project management techniques required

Preferred

Experience with AR/VR and gaming technology
