Client Administrator
Philip L. Liberatore, CPA, A Professional Corporation is seeking an ambitious candidate to join their team as a Client Relations Administrator. The role involves delivering exceptional customer service, managing client communications, and assisting with marketing strategies to attract new business.
Responsibilities
Whole Heartedly deliver a WOW experience to clients over the phone and in person
Answer Phones, executing the firm’s established communication etiquette
Consistently follow up on all outstanding, pending, and retainer balance owed
Follow-up on new client prospects
Adhere to firm’s policy and procedures
Passionate about serving clients and catering to their needs
Enhance firms marketing strategies
Creatively develop a marketing plan to attract new business
Send out handwritten thank you cards and emails to new clients
The ability to follow through on all client request
Assist the President and Office Manager with projects
Qualification
Required
3 years of customer service experience preferably in a tax and accounting environment
Demonstrate the ability to actively adapt to the firm's governing values and culture
Positive attitude at all times
Provide creative content and ideas
Self-starter
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task
High energy and outgoing personality
High school diploma/GED
