Responsibilities
Process and support payroll for 2,000+ employees across multiple states
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations
Reconcile payroll reports, identify discrepancies, and resolve issues efficiently
Partner with HR, Finance, and Benefits teams on payroll-related matters
Assist with audits, reporting, and continuous process improvements
Serve as a subject-matter expert for payroll questions and best practices
Qualification
Required
3+ years of payroll experience, preferably in a multi-state environment
Experience supporting payroll for large employee populations (2,000+)
Strong knowledge of payroll laws, tax regulations, and compliance
High attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
