Responsibilities
Administer and optimize Slack for a large organization, ensuring security, compliance, and operational efficiency
Develop governance frameworks to manage Slack workspaces and enforce enterprise policies
Build and deploy Slack-based automation using APIs, bots, and AI-driven solutions to enhance team collaboration
Integrate Slack with enterprise systems, third-party tools, and internal applications
Collaborate with IT, security, and business teams to implement scalable and secure Slack solutions
Lead cross-functional projects from concept to implementation, ensuring alignment with business goals
Stay up to date with emerging trends in collaboration technology, AI automation, and Slack development best practices
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in enterprise Slack administration, including security, compliance, and governance
Proficiency in at least one programming language (Python, JavaScript, etc.) with a strong understanding of API development and integration
Experience with agent-based automation and AI-driven strategies within Slack to improve productivity
Strong understanding of API design principles and experience integrating Slack with enterprise applications
Excellent problem-solving skills, strategic thinking, and ability to drive innovation in collaboration technologies
BACHELOR OF COMPUTER SCIENCE
Preferred
Experience implementing AI-driven automation in Slack
Familiarity with enterprise IT security and compliance requirements related to collaboration tools
Strong scripting skills for automation and workflow optimization
