Responsibilities
Create and implement short and long-term marketing strategies that will maximize revenue for all outlets at the property
Direct all marketing and branding efforts to ensure maximum yield is achieved, market segments are correctly targeted, and the The Quail image is vibrantly portrayed
Manage the day-to-day operation via scheduling, recruiting, planning, controlling, and analyzing all aspects of the department
Evaluate market trends to determine pricing to balance costs, competition, and supply and demand
Prepare accurate and complete sales reports documenting marketing budgets, current market share, direct sales, and outline marketing plans
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management, or its equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
Through knowledge of marketing strategies and best practices for a sales department
Preferred
Minimum 5 years of sales managerial experience in the hospitality industry
