Responsibilities
Records payments received into the lockbox
Deposits payments received at the location by sending checks to the lockbox
Records batches and applies to invoices
Research and resolve over and short payments
Contacts vendors to resolve problems relating to payments
Research and resolves unapplied cash
Monitors unapplied cash and take measures to minimize
Makes sure that cash transactions are properly recorded
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or Equivalent
6-12 Months of Accounting, accounting admin support or related area
Previous cash handling experience
