Customer Service Manager
Confidential company is seeking a Customer Service Manager to oversee daily customer service activities and support key accounts. This role involves managing a team and ensuring strong service performance in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities
Act as the main point of contact between customers, sales, and plant operations
Lead and support a team of Customer Service Representatives
Coordinate order flow, scheduling, and communication with internal departments
Ensure timely and accurate processing of customer orders and product requests
Monitor open orders, changes, and urgent customer needs
Address service issues, questions, and customer concerns as they arise
Support internal procedures related to pricing, invoicing, and order accuracy
Promote strong cross-functional collaboration to deliver reliable service
Qualification
Required
Prior customer service experience in a manufacturing environment required
Packaging or corrugated industry experience is required
Proven ability to lead and manage a customer service team
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
College coursework or equivalent professional experience
Preferred
Experience working with ERP/order management systems preferred
