Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day bookkeeping and data entry in QuickBooks
Assist with budgeting, cash flow tracking, and basic financial reporting
Track job costs, invoices, and expenses to support project profitability
Handle accounts payable and receivable support
Reconcile bank accounts and credit cards
Coordinate with external CPA and payroll providers
Support production team, schedule jobs and coordinate subcontractors
Track job progress, paperwork, and project documentation
Support payroll processing for employees and subcontractors
Maintain organized records for contracts, invoices, and compliance
Provide general administrative support to leadership
Help improve internal processes and systems as the company grows
Act as a flexible support resource wherever operational help is needed
Qualification
Required
1+ years of experience in operations, accounting support, or administrative roles
Experience with QuickBooks and basic accounting principles
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Comfortable juggling multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment
Proactive, reliable, and solutions-oriented
Preferred
Construction or home improvement experience is a plus, but not required
