DSO Account Manager (Strategic Accounts)

Bayshore Dental Studio is seeking a DSO Account Manager to manage, grow, and retain Dental Service Organization relationships across assigned enterprise and group accounts. This strategic role focuses on revenue growth, adoption of services, and long-term partnership development, serving as the primary commercial point of contact between the organization and DSO leadership.

Responsibilities

Own and manage assigned DSO and multi-location group accounts
Serve as the primary liaison for DSO leadership, procurement, clinical directors, and operations teams
Build long-term, trust-based relationships with key decision-makers
Coordinate onboarding and rollout plans across multiple locations
Drive year-over-year revenue growth within assigned DSO accounts
Identify opportunities for: Increased case volume, Product and service expansion, Technology adoption (e.g., digital workflows, scanners, specialty services)
Execute account growth plans tied to DSO objectives and performance metrics
Develop and maintain account plans for each DSO, including: Revenue targets, Location penetration, Product mix, Growth initiatives
Track adoption and performance by location and product category
Work closely with Sales leadership, Customer Service / Technical teams, Operations and production, Marketing and training teams
Ensure seamless communication and execution across departments
Advocate internally for DSO needs, timelines, and priorities
Maintain accurate CRM records for all DSO accounts
Track revenue, growth trends, adoption metrics, and opportunities
Provide regular updates and forecasts to leadership
Support QBRs (Quarterly Business Reviews) and executive presentations
Proactively manage escalations, service issues, and performance concerns
Ensure high levels of satisfaction, retention, and contract compliance
Identify risks early and implement corrective action plans
Achieve or exceed DSO revenue growth targets
Expand product and service penetration across assigned accounts
Maintain strong retention and renewal rates
Deliver professional, consultative account management aligned with DSO expectations

Required

3+ years experience in account management, strategic sales, or enterprise accounts
Strong business acumen and ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Highly organized with strong follow-through and accountability
Proficiency with CRM platforms (HubSpot or similar)
Comfortable analyzing account-level revenue and performance data
Ability to manage multiple high-value accounts simultaneously
Professional presence for executive-level interactions

Preferred

Experience working with DSOs, multi-location healthcare groups, or enterprise clients (preferred)
Dental, healthcare, medical device, or lab industry experience
Experience supporting national or regional DSO rollouts
Familiarity with digital dentistry, lab workflows, or clinical operations
