Responsibilities

This position will assists with control and regulatory compliance functions; supports projects and operational improvement teams; key contributor for annual budget and quarterly forecast preparation; and serves as a resource and educator for the Fluent Health Finance Department
Communicates effectively, both verbally and in writing, with coworkers, staff, and management
Interprets, prepares, and presents data in a way that’s easily understood by various audiences
Works well independently and in teams; adaptable to changing assignments and environments
Builds strong working relationships across disciplines with varying technical and business expertise
Maintains data integrity through audits, evaluations, and proper use of support systems
Applies analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and communicate solutions effectively
Provides ad hoc financial analysis and data solutions to support performance and improvement initiatives
Supports budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis for departments and insurance lines of business
Enhances financial tools and educates staff on systems, data interpretation, and process improvements
Performs additional duties as needed, including cross-training and support across functions

Required

Bachelors degree in finance, accounting or relevant field required
Three (3) years of health care finance experience or equivalent work experience
Demonstrates strong analytical skills/capabilities and good verbal and written communication skills
Strong working knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office products and other analytical tools
Demonstrates ability to function as a key contributor for tasks or projects while managing multiple tasks and meeting established deadlines
