Responsibilities
Analyze complex and diversified credit, assets, income and property documentation to confirm compliance with guidelines
Approve/Denies loans based on HMDA including conventional & portfolio mortgage products
Analyzes and calculates SEB for Sch. C, 1065, 1120, 1120S
Remain current on FNMA, PMI, FHLB requirements and industry trends
Maintaining required Service Level Agreement while adhering to low regulatory audit findings
Underwrite FHA and/or VA loans and remain current on FHA/VA guidelines and requirements
Qualification
