Responsibilities

Design, develop, and customize ServiceNow applications and modules
Implement and support ITSM processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Request)
Develop business rules, client scripts, UI policies, workflows, and Flow Designer
Integrate ServiceNow with third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs
Collaborate with business users and technical teams for requirement gathering
Perform unit testing, troubleshooting, and production support
Ensure best practices, performance, and security standards

Required

5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience
Strong expertise in ITSM

Strong understanding of ServiceNow data model and CMDB
Excellent communication and documentation skills

Preferred

Experience with HRSD, CSM, ITOM, SecOps
ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CAD, CIS-ITSM)
Experience in Agile/Scrum environments
Cloud or enterprise integration background
