Responsibilities
Minimum of 10+ years of experience in IBM Maximo technical consulting, with significant experience in Requirement analysis, configuration and testing
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in IBM Maximo, strong technical skills, and the ability to understand and meet complex functional requirements
Proven experience in technical consulting, including system analysis and design
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
Proficiency in SQL, JavaScript, and other relevant programming languages
Experience with WebSphere, WebLogic, or other application servers
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Proven track record of leadership in large-scale, complex IBM Maximo deployments, with the ability to manage multidisciplinary teams
Deep expertise in IBM Maximo modules, advanced configurations, customizations, and integrations
Advanced technical proficiency in IBM Maximo architecture, system integration, data migration, and performance optimization
Broad experience with utility industry, with a deep understanding of sector-specific EAM challenges and solutions
Strong consulting and advisory skills, providing guidance and recommendations to senior executives on IBM Maximo-related matters
Understanding and documenting business requirements to ensure IBM Maximo solutions meet client needs
Extensive experience in IBM Maximo implementations, upgrades, and enhancements across various industries
Extensive experience with IBM IBM Maximo, including implementation, configuration, and integration
Strong understanding of IBM Maximo functionalities and best practices
Proficiency in configuring IBM Maximo applications, including automation scripting using Python, JavaScript, and Java
Designing and developing interfaces with external systems using IBM Maximo Integration Framework (MIF), Web Services, RESTful APIs, and other technologies
