Required
Active California State Bar membership in good standing required
Minimum one year of workers' compensation defense experience preferred
Proactive, responsive, and committed to delivering exceptional client service from assignment through resolution
Strong research, analytical, and organizational abilities with exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable navigating a fully paperless environment and leveraging web-based legal tools
Demonstrates a strong work ethic and the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with colleagues, clients, and partners
Preferred
Defense Base Act/Longshore & Harbor Workers' Compensation experience is a plus
