Develop the data science team to add new data sources and improve our modeling methodology
Practice sound risk management
Qualification
Required
Understands how to operate a data science team to reach strategic business goals
Has experience applying data science to credit risk management
Can make the team better through clear goals, education, organization, and trust
Has a deep understanding of data science and can communicate a vision
Has experience creating, deploying, and managing experiments and models in production systems
Knows solid fundamentals with software engineering and the PyData stack
Balances development speed with compliance standards in a regulated industry
Preferred
Experience solving problems in consumer lending or fintech
Excellence in communication and collaboration with executives, Board members, and regulators
