Responsibilities
Locating, entering, retrieving and/or transmitting information across various computer systems
Verifying information and data for accuracy and completeness
Processing requests within set guidelines and communicating completion of transactions
Interact with colleagues professionally, responding promptly to requests in a professional and positive manner
Support team to reach common goals and ensure adherence to quality standards
Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information and follow company policies and safety procedures
Qualification
Required
Must have availability to work various shifts, holidays, and both weekend days
Must be able to stand or sit for an extended period of time
Must possess the ability to navigate multiple computer systems simultaneously, along with proficiency in reading, writing, and comprehension
Position may require background and/or drug screening contingent on company policy in accordance with applicable legal requirements
