Technical Program Manager
SPECTRAFOR is seeking an IT Program Manager to support the API Center of Excellence. The role involves program management tasks, cross-functional coordination, and streamlining operational workflows to ensure successful program delivery.

Responsibilities
Proactively support the API CoE lead with planning, tracking, communication, governance, and day-to-day program management tasks, ensuring initiatives remain on track and aligned with organizational goals
Help drive cross-functional coordination for the API Transformation initiative, partnering with engineering, architecture, governance, product, security, and business teams to align on deliverables, timelines, dependencies, and success criteria
Streamline operational workflows, identifying process gaps, inefficiencies, and friction points, and implementing improvements to make the API CoE’s business-as-usual operations more scalable and efficient
Facilitate task coordination across multiple teams, ensuring clear ownership, tracking progress, removing blockers, and escalating risks proactively to enable predictable program delivery
Lead capacity planning activities by assessing team bandwidth, forecasting needs, identifying resourcing gaps, and ensuring commitments are realistic and achievable
Provide clear, consistent updates to stakeholders, surfacing risks, and ensuring all groups remain aligned
Monitor milestones, KPIs, and deliverables, ensuring commitments are met and outcomes are measurable, transparent, and communicated effectively
Ensure program documentation is current, including roadmaps, status updates, risks and issues logs, capacity plans, decision records, and cross-team agreements
