Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain system-to-system integrations across ERP, CRM, manufacturing, engineering, analytics, and web platforms including supporting the company’s ERP
Analyze existing legacy integrations and automation (including SQL-based logic and batch workflows) to understand and preserve required business rules as systems are modernized
Partner with IT and business stakeholders to transition custom logic from legacy tools into modern, supported integration patterns
Develop APIs, services, and data pipelines that enable reliable data exchange and reduce batch-based dependencies
Maintain and optimize SQL queries and data structures used for reporting, reconciliation, and operational processes
Own internally developed applications and automation, ensuring stability, documentation, and supportability
Translate operational workflows into durable, maintainable software solutions that reflect how the business actually runs
Reduce manual processes and operational risk through automation and integration
Provide production support and root-cause analysis for integration or application issues
Document system architecture, integration flows, and business logic to ensure continuity and knowledge retention with focus on ERP related integrations impacted by migration
Identify opportunities to simplify architecture and retire redundant tools or processes
Support ad-hoc development and automation initiatives as business needs evolve
Qualification
Required
Experience in enterprise integrations
SQL skills for analysis, reconciliation, and data validation
Experience supporting business-critical production systems
Exposure to manufacturing industry
Strong ownership mindset with the ability to operate independently
Ability to translate ambiguous business needs into durable technical solutions
Ability to partner effectively with operational teams to understand real-world constraints
Ability to challenge inefficient or fragile approaches while prioritizing long-term maintainability
API-based integrations (REST)
Data modeling and transformation
Backend development (e.g., C#, Python, Java)
Authentication and security concepts
Cloud or hybrid environments (Azure/AWS)
Experience analyzing and replacing legacy batch or ETL integrations
Preferred
Experience in ERP implementation or migration
