Responsibilities

Execute high-volume outbound campaigns (calls, emails, follow-up sequences) using company-provided leads and data
Contact dealerships and businesses daily to build conversations with decision-makers
Engage Dealer Principals, CFOs, Controllers, General Managers, and Office Managers via phone and virtual meetings
Communicate platform value clearly: reducing complexity, improving cash flow, creating operational efficiency, and strengthening financial control
Qualify opportunities and build a pipeline of dealership and commercial prospects
Schedule and coordinate virtual demos and strategy sessions
Collaborate with Sales Manager and leadership to refine messaging, overcome objections, and increase conversion
Support association-driven outreach tied to state dealer associations and industry programs
Maintain accurate activity, notes, pipeline stages, and forecasting in CRM
Drive signed agreements and ensure smooth handoff to onboarding and implementation teams

Required

3+ years of inside sales, outbound sales, or high-volume calling experience (B2B preferred)
Strong phone presence and confidence engaging senior decision-makers
Proven ability to manage daily activity metrics and follow-up discipline
Excellent communication skills: concise, persuasive, and professional
Comfortable working in a performance-driven, metrics-based environment
Experience using CRM tools and virtual meeting platforms
Coachable, competitive, and motivated by uncapped earning potential

Preferred

Automotive experience (dealer services, fintech, payments, SaaS, F&I, compliance, DMS/integration exposure)
Experience selling payment processing, banking/treasury solutions, AP/payables, or financial operations software
Experience with structured outbound sequences, association-based lead sources, or vertical campaign selling
