Responsibilities
Use document management tools to create and maintain GEICO’s enterprise document library
Coordinate and collaborate with product managers, engineering team members and product team to solve complex problems
Monitor data platform performance, analyze metrics, and iterate on features to optimize user experience and business outcomes
Manage business initiatives across functional teams through the entire product lifecycle
Coordinate support for partner teams such as Claims, Printing Center, and Commercial lines
Provide ‘on-call’ support for Production systems, servers, and applications
Qualification
Required
Proficient with enterprise document solutions (preferably OpenText products)
Demonstrated ability to perform high-level content development for CCM tools
Proficient in one or more programming languages such as Java, .NET, or Python is desired
Understanding of print orchestration services
Ability to analyze and estimate at a high level
Ability to excel in a fast-paced, startup-like environment
Strong oral and written communication skills
Strong problem-solving skills
Understanding of document management tools, DevOps, and product/software development lifecycle
2+ years of enterprise document development
2+ years of experience with architecture/design of complex document platforms
2+ years of experience with insurance document life cycle
Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or related field, or equivalent experience
