Responsibilities
Own and drive feature delivery through requirements gathering, design, implementation, unit testing and automation phases
Write rich web components, build performant and scalable applications
As a staff engineer you’ll lead a scrum team and drive feature direction and design and be the goto person for assisting in solving complex problems
Find the gaps we need to fill and help us level up through product improvement, technical enrichment, training, etc
Provide timely world class support that delights our customers
Mentor and help others grow as successful engineers
Qualification
Required
Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI's potential impact on the function or industry
8+ years of experience designing & implementing highly interactive UI for high volume, scalable and robust web applications
8 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree; or 6 years and a Master's degree; or a PhD with 3 years experience; or equivalent experience
Solid programming skills in JavaScript and Java
Experience building reusable components with JavaScript libraries such as React, Polymer, AngularJS, Vue
Solid experience with databases, building and consuming REST APIs and performant, scalable and robust design
Exceptional trouble shooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Experience writing user interface unit tests, profiling, and code tuning
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline
