Responsibilities

Maintain and evolve BIM standards, templates, and workflows
Lead BIM project setup and provide hands-on Revit modeling support
Conduct model audits, resolve technical issues, and ensure robust BIM execution
Support architectural staff with modeling, documentation, and coordination
Host BIM training sessions and maintain onboarding materials
Drive innovation using tools like Dynamo, AI-assisted workflows, plugins, and automation
Perform clash detection and coordinate with consultants
Provide first-line IT support (workstations, software, printers, network basics)
Coordinate with managed IT service providers for escalated issues
Manage software licensing
Support hardware purchases, workstation setup, and user provisioning
Oversee digital file standards, backup integrity, and cybersecurity
Contribute to technology planning and budgeting

Required

5+ years of experience in architecture, BIM management, or digital design tech
Advanced Revit proficiency
Experience with Autodesk Construction Cloud / BIM 360
Familiarity with IT basics

Excellent communication and problem-solving ability
Collaborative, patient, and supportive trainer
Able to balance BIM and IT responsibilities
