Responsibilities
Lead the CS&Q team, aligning with Schneider Electric’s quality standards and policies
Define and deploy plant quality objectives, KPIs, and improvement plans
Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and Schneider’s Quality Management System
Maintain audit readiness and foster a culture of continuous improvement
Oversee inspection programs, process control plans, and final product release
Lead non-conformance management and ensure effective corrective actions
Validate inspection tools and ensure team training and readiness
Drive root cause analysis and 8D investigations for quality issues
Manage and escalate systemic issues per CS&Q protocols
Collaborate with supplier quality teams on defect resolution
Deploy LPAs, FMEAs, and poka-yoke initiatives
Lead Gemba walks and Kaizen events focused on defect prevention
Promote data-driven decisions using quality dashboards and metrics
Develop and mentor the CS&Q team
Partner cross-functionally with Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Field Quality to align on quality goals
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
7+ years in Quality or Operations leadership in manufacturing
Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, Six Sigma, Lean, and quality tools (FMEA, 8D, SPC)
Preferred
Green or Black Belt certification
