Proven relationship management and consulting acumen asking the right questions to design the right solution
Experience leading and facilitating client workshops and working sessions
Ability to manage multiple implementations and engage with multiple clients concurrently
Dayforce certification is an asset
Self-motivated, articulate, and comfortable engaging diverse audiences
Excellent organizational, communication, and collaboration skills
Ability and willingness to travel to customer sites as needed
