Responsibilities
Provide direct technical support to analyze and understand problems of Delta products in customer’s applications. Collect accurate information of usage and failure mode and work with global Delta teams on effective closure of the issue
Measured with number of closed issues and time spent to close them. Measured also with overall customer satisfaction and feedback/scores at periodical business meetings (QBR, SBR)
Provide accurate technical information and general commercial data to customers to address their inquiries about existing and new Delta products
Measured with numbers of awarded projects and overall customer and account managers feedback
Provide roadmap presentations and lead technical discussions to evaluate customer’s requirements and to promote Delta products and technologies
Measured with numbers of awarded projects and general customer and account managers feedback
Co-operate and support account managers and regional sales teams to create and develop relationships with new customers
Measured with numbers of awarded projects and general customer and account managers feedback
Collaborate with global Delta design, factory and quality teams to facilitate communication between those teams and customers to drive closure on customer deliverables
Measured with number of closed issues and time spent on closing them. Measured also with overall customer satisfaction and feedback/scores at periodical business meetings (QBR, SBR)
Qualification
Required
Bachelor degree in electrical engineering and knowledge about power electronics
2+ years of electrical design experience or 3+ years of switching power converters FAE experience
Knowledge about circuit and firmware design as well as manufacturing & quality process for power supplies
Preferred
Master degree in power electrical engineering
Military Experience in Electronics / Avionics with 8+ years
Experience in the Power supply technical discipline with 8+ years
