Responsibilities
Lead key components of month‑end close, including reconciliations and accrual journal entries across major revenue and expense areas
Conduct detailed financial analysis and variance explanations, partnering closely with cross‑functional teams
Support fixed asset and purchase order subledger setup and ongoing maintenance
Assist with annual audit preparation, including PBC documentation
Participate in process improvements, system implementations, and other ad hoc financial projects
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline
3+ years of relevant accounting and/or audit experience; US GAAP knowledge required
Experience working with large data sets and ERP systems
Advanced Excel proficiency (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, SumIFs)
Strong interpersonal communication skills and ability to collaborate across diverse teams; thrives in a dynamic growth environment
