Responsibilities
Prepare financial analyses using Excel and internal tools
Download, transform, and format carrier data to create standardized claims reports
Support financial modeling for client meetings and deliverables
Assist with program renewals and competitive market analyses
Participate in internal meetings to plan client deliverables
Attend client meetings and complete follow-up items accurately and on time
Compile and validate datasets for analytics projects
Provide support for ad hoc reporting and analytical requests
Develop strong working relationships with clients, carrier representatives, and internal account managers
Qualification
Required
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel; working knowledge of PowerPoint
Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines
Strong analytical, organizational, and follow-up skills
Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal
Bachelor's degree required
Licensing required within 6 months
Preferred
Basic understanding of employee benefits and carrier products
Familiarity with benefits administration or healthcare reform concepts
Comfort presenting information in small-group settings
