Executive Referral Partner (Connector) to startups
BoldX Talent is seeking an Executive Referral Partner to build a curated Executive Referral Network for startups and SMBs. The role focuses on leveraging deep industry relationships to facilitate high-quality introductions without traditional sales tactics.
Responsibilities
One of our clients is building a curated Executive Referral Network and is selectively inviting senior industry leaders to participate
These introductions will be to startups up to Series B along with SMBs up to 500 employees
We’re looking for experienced executives, advisors, and former operators who naturally make high-quality introductions within their professional network
High-value enterprise deals (six-figure+ ACV)
Managed, white-glove referral process. We handle ops, tracking, and follow-up
Performance-based upside aligned to closed revenue
No cold outreach. No quota. No admin burden
Qualification
Required
Former or current Management level, C-suite, VP, Partner, or Practice Leader
Deep relationships with decision-makers in your industry
Trusted advisor mindset, people take your calls
Background in consulting, agencies, SaaS, professional services, or growth leadership
Comfortable making warm, credibility-based introductions (not pitching)
