Responsibilities
Lead one of ten workstreams within a large transformation program
Partner with the Product Manager to lead a compliance workstream with an emphasis on process improvement
Improve processes and deliver solutions that reduce compliance friction, mitigate risk, strengthen client’s compliance posture, and ensure adherence to global regulatory standards
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in business, Information Technology, Regulatory Affairs, or a related field
PMP
7+ years of project management experience in highly regulated environments (pharmaceutical, biotech, healthcare, or life sciences)
Proven experience managing compliance and regulatory initiatives within the SDLC
Experience in Jira
Bio-Pharma or Life Sciences experience or other highly regulated environment
Experience with validated software delivery, SDLC compliance requirements, and regulatory expectations
Preferred
Master's degree
Experience working within product-aligned, Agile, or hybrid delivery frameworks
