Partner closely with other departments, streamline operations, and drive efficiency
Create great experiences for residents and team members

Qualification

Multifamily property managementHVAC systemsElectrical systemsPlumbing systemsCertified Pool Operator (CPO)EPA Section 608 Type IISupervising maintenance teamsBasic computer skillsCommunication skills

Required

High School Diploma or equivalent required
Minimum 5 years of experience in multifamily property management
Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems
Proven experience supervising and leading maintenance teams
Basic computer and communication skills

Preferred

technical degree or equivalent experience
Certified Pool Operator (CPO)
EPA Section 608 Type II (Universal)
