Senior Solution Advisor, SLED & Utilities

Responsibilities

Own the end-to-end solution strategy for complex SLED and Utilities opportunities, ensuring alignment with regulatory, security, and operational requirements
Lead executive-level discovery, solution design, and technical validation, including advanced demos and proofs of concept
Act as a senior technical advisor and escalation point, partnering closely with Sales, Product, and Engineering to drive successful outcomes

Qualification

Required

Experience supporting SLED and/or Utilities customers in a technical pre-sales, solution advisory, or sales engineering capacity
Proven ability to lead complex, multi-stakeholder technical evaluations and influence senior customer decision-makers
Strong understanding of enterprise architectures, security considerations, and compliance requirements common to public sector and regulated industries
Expertise in designing and delivering tailored demonstrations and POCs that map technical capabilities to business and mission outcomes

Preferred

Experience with government procurement processes or regulated sales cycles
Familiarity with enterprise platforms such as SAP and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)
