Responsibilities
Support the design team in developing trend-driven women’s sleepwear collections
Assist in creating technical flat sketches and CADs using Adobe Illustrator
Conduct market and trend research to inform seasonal design direction
Prepare design presentations, line sheets, and mood boards
Source fabrics, trims, and components aligned with design and cost targets
Track sample development, approvals, and revisions throughout the production process
Ensure design accuracy, consistency, and attention to detail across all styles
Collaborate cross-functionally with production and merchandising teams as needed
Qualification
Required
Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
Strong understanding of fashion design, including trend research, mood board development, and technical sketching
Knowledge of fabrics, trims, and textile sourcing
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Effective communication and collaboration skills
Prior experience in women's apparel design; sleepwear experience a plus
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design or a related field preferred
