Growth Opportunities

Responsibilities

Cold Outreach: Make an average of 60 calls per day using an auto-dialer to book appointments from our CRM for our Founder to pitch for you during your training phase
Warm Incoming Leads: Confirm appointments, follow up, and close warm leads that come in through our digital marketing funnel
Pitches: Be presentable and professional on Zoom video demos. Eventually learn to pitch the product yourself and be in full control of the sales cycle
With the flexibility to work from home, you will hold yourself accountable by accurately logging your daily sales activity in the CRM
Grow your book of business over time to earn residuals on recurring customers
Potential for promotion into Sales Director to build and oversee the sales team down the road as company grows

Required

At least 1 year working in the automotive industry (you've worked in a car dealership or in an automotive vendor role in the past)
At least 2 years of call center/BDC/sales experience
At least 1 year of using/overseeing digital marketing products typical in the auto industry (CarGurus, Edmunds, Facebook Ads, Paid Search, ETC)
Self-motivated and can stay focused on hitting call quotas in a work from home environment
Persistent with follow ups and highly effective at managing your schedule/calendar

Preferred

Understanding of digital marketing such as SEO, Social Media Marketing, Search Engine Marketing a HUGE PLUS
