They are currently hiring a Machine Operator for their Youngsville, NC manufacturing facility to prepare machines for production, maintain specifications, and resolve production problems.

Responsibilities
Prepare the machine for production by positioning and securing the material
Determine the sequence of operations by studying blueprints, specifications, and work orders
Regulate machining speed and process by setting and adjusting controls
Maintain specifications by observing operations; detecting malfunctions; inspecting parts; adjusting controls
Resolve production problems by altering processes to meet specifications; notifying the supervisor to obtain additional resources
Ensures operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements; following manufacturer's instructions; troubleshooting malfunctions; calling for repairs
Documents actions by completing production and quality logs
Contributes to team effort working in other areas as needed
Maintain an orderly and tidy work environment
Qualification
Required
Satisfactory background check and negative drug screen required
High energy, motivation, and physical strength
Machine Operation Experience
Attention to detail, safety, and quality
Ability to adapt and troubleshoot
Ability to work with controls and instrumentation
Ability to interface with modern touchscreen automated equipment
Basic Microsoft Office/Windows knowledge is required
Capable of solving problems and using good judgment in making decisions
Ability to read and work from prints, schematics, and technical bulletins
Ability to read tape measures and use good rudimentary math skills
Capable of lifting 50 lbs. and standing for long periods
Proficiency in English
High school diploma or equivalent required
Preferred

Strong organizational skills
Self-starting team player with a positive attitude, good communication
