Responsibilities
Execute M&A, equity, and debt transactions from initial pitch through closing
Build and refine financial models, including DCF, comparable company, precedent transaction, and merger analyses
Prepare and update client materials such as pitch decks, confidential information memoranda (CIMs), management presentations, and marketing materials
Conduct detailed financial, industry, and company-specific analysis to support transaction execution
Support due diligence processes, including data room management and coordination with external advisors
Manage multiple live deals and workstreams in a fast-paced environment with limited supervision
Mentor and assist junior team members or interns as needed
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
Two or more investment banking internships and/or 6–12+ months of full-time investment banking experience
Demonstrated experience supporting live M&A or capital markets transactions
Strong financial modeling and valuation skills
Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and time management abilities
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Preferred
Prior experience at an investment bank, boutique advisory firm, or middle-market platform
Exposure to sell-side M&A processes and client-facing deliverables
Ability to work independently and take ownership of workstreams
Interest in broad industry exposure within a generalist platform
