Responsibilities
Provide high-level management advisory services to leadership across a complex organization, guiding them through sensitive and challenging personnel matters for our diverse professional, technical, and administrative staff
Analyze turnover, mission requirements, and technological shifts to identify future staffing needs, developing both short and long-range plans to build a resilient and effective workforce
Act as the critical liaison between district management and our servicing Civilian Human Resources Agency (CHRA). You will coordinate, track, and review all Requests for Personnel Actions (RPAs), ensuring a smooth, efficient, and compliant hiring process from start to finish
Leverage your analytical skills to complete and review crucial reports on personnel and hiring actions. You will identify trends, pinpoint areas for improvement, and recommend data-driven solutions to enhance our operational efficiency
Serve as the District’s primary superuser for the Department of War Performance Management and Appraisal Program (DPMAP). You will be the go-to resource for all performance-related inquiries, track key metrics, and provide essential data to regional and national stakeholders
Qualification
Required
One year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-12 level in the Federal service, which includes: 1) Leadership; 2) Organizational Awareness; 3) Planning and Evaluating; 4) Technical Competence
