Qualification
Required
8+ Years of On Premise experience in the Spirits Business. Not more than 15 year of On Premise
Experience building client relationships, managing accounts, and fostering partnerships
Strong sales, business development, and negotiation skills with a results-driven approach
Ability to plan and execute promotional events and strategize for increased market presence
Knowledge of the premium and luxury spirits industry and familiarity with Northern California on-premise markets
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to work independently in a fast-paced on-site environment
Preferred
Previous experience in alcohol or beverage sales highly preferred
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is advantageous
