Responsibilities

Own creative request routing and sequencing for the Creative Studio
Assign work in coordination with Creative Studio leads, based on priority, skill set, and availability
Balance Creative Studio workload across Level 1–3 work
Ensure creative requests are approved, properly scoped, and ready for execution
Maintain real-time visibility into creative workloads, utilization, and availability
Partner closely with PMO Project Managers to align creative schedules with project timelines
Coordinate directly with Creative Studio leads and team members to confirm sequencing and feasibility
Proactively flag conflicts, capacity constraints, and delivery risks
Track work-in-progress and delivery timelines within the project management tool (Workfront)
Maintain accurate statuses and data to support dashboards and reporting
Provide clear, consistent updates to PMO, Creative Studio leads, and stakeholders on creative delivery
Follow and reinforce PMO and Creative Studio workflows and standards
Identify opportunities to improve creative flow, prioritization, and efficiency
Contribute to repeatable processes, templates, and best practices

Required

Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, design operations, or a related field and 4+ years of experience in traffic management, creative operations, or studio coordination. Additional years of experience will be considered in lieu of degree requirements
Experience working directly with creative teams and studio leads in in-house or agency environments
Hands-on experience using project management tools to manage creative workflows (Workfront preferred)
Strong organizational, prioritization, and communication skills
Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Collaborative, solutions-oriented mindset
