Responsibilities
Support processing activities for oligonucleotide manufacturing under guidance from senior staff
Execute laboratory-scale and pilot-scale processes to support research and in-house material needs
Perform routine in-process analytical tests (e.g., pH, conductivity, UV, basic chromatography)
Assist in the preparation, execution, and documentation of non-GMP manufacturing runs
Follow established SOPs and batch records in a cGLP laboratory environment
Qualification
Required
BS in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biochemistry, or a related scientific discipline
0–2 years of laboratory experience (academic, co-op, internship, or industrial experience acceptable)
Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality laboratory documentation
Willingness to learn regulated laboratory practices and manufacturing workflows
Preferred
Basic familiarity with analytical techniques such as pH, conductivity, HPLC, or LC-MS
